Package Overview

As part of our VIP Hosted Buyer Mission, your exclusive participation package is provided entirely free of charge, subject to the final approval and evaluation of the Turkish Steel Exporters' Association team.

  • Accommodation in 5* Hotel has been arranged for the period of 25.10.2026 (check-in) to 28.10.2026 (check-out), in a single room with breakfast included. Any additional nights beyond this period will be at the guest's own expense

Our Process (For Your Assurance)

To ensure transparency our process works as follows:

  • Once you provide your required documents and travel preferences, we will proceed to purchase your flight ticket and send it to you.

As the program is organized under the supervision of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, we are required to collect the documents listed below;
